Tracy Albert is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA CMA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), with 25 years’ experience in diversified, progressive accounting and finance leadership roles. Tracy has held Controller, Director of Financial Reporting, and Chief Financial Officer roles in not-for-profit, publicly-traded, and privately-held companies.
Tracy has business experience in the provision of accounting and financial services, including financial statement reporting, budgeting and cash flow projections, variance analysis, and financings. She has led strategic planning sessions, assessed and implemented internal controls procedures for start-up companies, and deployed new accounting procedures to improve efficiencies and reporting. Tracy has also worked as an equity analyst for an investment counselling firm, where she conducted both quantitative and qualitative analysis on companies for investment purposes.
Tracy enjoys volunteer work and has served on boards and committees in a variety of roles from treasurer, vice-president, and president. In her spare time, she enjoys swimming, bicycling, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.
