Four Free Cloud Storage Options

News coverage of the tornado included a story of one person who was afraid that he might lose his business because his laptop was lost when his house was destroyed.  The laptop contained key information.  Thankfully his laptop was pulled from the rubble, but whether it worked or not was not disclosed.

The following are free cloud storage solutions available to avoid the risk of losing important information.  The amount of storage can be scaled up at various price points depending on the solution.  There are other also other providers with varying amounts of storage, price points (relatively modest) and functionality available.  The bottom line is that there is no need to face the risk of losing important information – that risk can be easily eliminated.

Of course, could storage is not without its own risks, but the risk associated with it is far less than keeping unsecure data on a laptop or USB key, etc.
