About Sheri

Sheri is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) whose consulting practice helps organizations to develop sustainable solutions to problems through risk management practices and training.

Early in her career Sheri was seconded to London, England with the newly merged PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where she became part of a team that cross-trained the UK to embrace the best practices that would go forward in the new firm. She never looked back and corporate training and facilitation have become her passion, excited by the magic that adult learners create when they collaborate.

Sheri has applied her audit background and training experience to establish risk management departments for large financial institutions in Toronto and Ireland using Risk and Control Self-Assessment. This method uses facilitation to engage front-line staff and management by identifying areas for improvement within a company. She is a Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) with the International Association of Facilitators. She also has attained Certificates in Adult Education (St. Francis Xavier) and Conflict Resolution (Carleton University).
