In this survey, you will be presented with 11 YES/NO questions. You are encouraged to answer these questions as truthfully as you can. OTUS Group does not keep any record of your answers.

When you have completed all the questions you will be able to print your results. You may also contact the OTUS Group to discuss your results or any other questions you may have. OTUS Group does not collect or store any contact information from the survey.

After completing the on-line survey, you may want to experience the OTUS Group Information Protection Health Check.  It is a more complete assessment of your organization's Information Protection awareness, process and infrastructure. It is designed to identify areas which may need improvement.

OTUS Group has made every effort to design this tool to provide you with meaningful and helpful information regarding the Information Protection of your organization.  However, without specific data about your company, only a general analysis of your firm's situation is possible online.
