Mike Lemoine is a Business Management and Operations specialist who has worked with several of Canada’s leading retailers, such as Towers (Oshawa Group), Zellers (HBC), Stedman’s (True Value Hardware – Cotter Canada), CANEX (The Canadian Forces Exchange System) and Best Buy. He has been involved with many aspects of retail management including Operations, Marketing and Purchasing and held senior positions including Director of Merchandising, VP Marketing, Executive VP Store Operations, and President of International Retailing. In addition to his many years in business Mike is a professor at The Algonquin College School of Business in Ottawa, where he teaches courses in Retailing Management, Business Management, Advertising and e-Commerce.

Mike undertook his academic training in Business Administration and Marketing at Concordia University in Montreal and has also successfully completed the Queen’s School of Business Executive Development Program.

Mike has served as Chairman of DCI (Distribution Canada Inc. – a $5 billion Buying Group for the Independent Grocers of Canada) on two occasions, and has been a member of several boards in the not-for-profit sector.
