Marianne Oakes is a B.Comm and member of the Human Resources Professional Association. Marianne has over 20 years experience in roles including Human Resources Manager and Organization Effectiveness Manager and has led many HR and business operational improvements for companies such as Xerox and Nortel and with smaller, privately held organizations in the service and high tech industries. A results oriented individual, she has generated measurable improvements by streamlining business processes, aligning job descriptions to organization goals and objectives and improving HR management with effective implementation of policy and procedures.
Marianne has an Honors Bachelor of Commerce degree with additional training in Project Management, Facilitation, Team Building, Problem Solving and Quality Improvement Processes among others.
