Francis Liska is a Certified General Accountant (CGA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Certified Internal Control Auditor (CICA).  He holds a degree in Business Administration from Cape Breton University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Information Technology from ITI Information Technology Institute.  Francis has over 19 years of professional experience in the public and private sectors including international assignments in the United States and Austria.  His professional areas of interest include enabling organizations to improve their financial management operations, implementing improvements in internal control over financial reporting, and management of risk associated with the use of information technology.

Francis sponsors Plan Canada and his been doing so for over 15 years, and recently offered his support to KIVA – Loans That Change Lives.  Francis has served on the Board of Directors of the Ottawa Chapter of CGA Ontario.   He is a member of the Program Events Committee of the ISACA Ottawa Valley Chapter and he actively supports his church and his children’s school.
